Project partners have examined the country-specific legal framework, policies, and procedures in the field of domestic and gender-based violence in their respective countries, namely Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom.
The result of the research is a report that highlights the achievements, as well as the main shortcomings of the partner countries in their effort to tackle domestic and gender-based violence. The main areas covered in the report are the legislation and remedies provided to victims, national responses to domestic and gender-based violence, and mechanisms in place to monitor and reduce the incidents of violence.
