On the 15th of November, The AIRE Centre was invited to participate in Queen Mary’s Meet & Greet session to talk about the work of the organisation. Our legal project assistant, Adriana Tidona, spoke about the AIRE Centre’s work in promoting awareness of European law rights and assisting marginalised individuals, such as victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Ralitsa Peykova, Legal Project Assistant for Project FIRST, also attended to speak to students about the Project, guide them in completing the e-help tool and give out useful promotional material produced in the course of the project. Queen Mary students were very enthusiastic and all pledged to complete the e-help tool and receive training.
